Chef-Guided From First Course to Final Pour

Each event at The Savory Moose is led by our chef, who curates the menu, pacing, and presentation to ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience. Rather than a traditional restaurant service, courses are intentionally timed and introduced as part of a cohesive tasting menu.

Menus are refined in advance and may be adjusted seasonally to highlight the freshest ingredients available, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the evening without decisions or interruptions.

Latin-Inspired Tasting Menus

Our tasting menus are designed as complete dining journeys, offered in four, five, or six courses. Each menu builds in depth and progression, allowing guests to experience a range of flavors, textures, and techniques.

Menus typically include:

  • A composed opening course

  • Progressive savory courses highlighting seafood and meat

  • A featured main course

  • An optional dessert course to conclude the evening

All tasting menus are paired with wine selected to complement each course.

Curated Wine Pairings

Wine pairings are thoughtfully selected to enhance each course and highlight regional expressions that complement our Latin-inspired cuisine. Pairings may feature selections from Spain, South America, and other classic wine-producing regions.

For guests seeking an elevated experience, enhanced wine selections or reserve pairings may be available. Alcohol-free pairings can also be curated upon request.

Tableside Paella Experience

One of the signature moments of an event at The Savory Moose is our tableside paella experience. Prepared live by the chef, paella becomes both a culinary centerpiece and a memorable part of the evening.

Guests enjoy the sights, aromas, and craftsmanship as saffron rice and traditional ingredients are brought together tableside, creating a shared moment that anchors the experience.

Paella selections may include:

  • Traditional Valenciana-style

  • Seafood-forward preparations

  • Vegetarian options

This experience may be incorporated into a tasting menu or offered as a featured course
